These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrystalFlow Miami website at crystalflowmiami.com and all water filtration products, installation services, and related services provided by CrystalFlow Miami LLC ("CrystalFlow Miami," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CrystalFlow Miami LLC is owned and operated by Isaiah Pacheco and Juan Carlos Valencia in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or engaging our services.
1. Service Agreement & Scope
CrystalFlow Miami provides professional water filtration system installation services for residential properties in the Greater Miami-Dade County area. Our services include:
- Consultation and water quality assessment — Evaluating your home's water quality and recommending appropriate filtration solutions
- Product supply — Providing Waterdrop brand water filtration systems certified to NSF/ANSI standards 42, 53, and 58
- Professional installation — All product prices include full professional installation by licensed subcontractor plumbers
- Post-installation support — Ensuring proper system operation and addressing any service-related concerns
By scheduling an installation or purchasing a product through our website, you enter into a service agreement with CrystalFlow Miami LLC. Each purchase constitutes a separate agreement governed by these Terms.
2. Products & Warranty
Products
CrystalFlow Miami currently offers the following water filtration packages, all of which include professional installation:
- Kitchen Guard ($699–$849) — Under-sink reverse osmosis system
- Home Shield ($1,799–$2,199) — Under-sink reverse osmosis system
- Pure Life ($2,699–$3,199) — Under-sink reverse osmosis with UV sterilization
All systems are manufactured by Waterdrop and carry NSF/ANSI 42, 53, and 58 certifications. Product specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change. We will confirm current pricing before any purchase is finalized.
CrystalFlow Miami 1-Year Service Guarantee
All installations performed by CrystalFlow Miami include a 1-year service guarantee. During this period, we will address any issues related to the installation workmanship at no additional cost to you, including:
- Leaks or connection issues resulting from the installation
- System startup or configuration problems
- Re-installation or adjustment if the system is not performing as expected due to installation-related causes
This service guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear of consumable components such as filters.
Manufacturer Warranty
Waterdrop products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided by Waterdrop. CrystalFlow Miami will assist you in initiating warranty claims with the manufacturer for defective products, but the manufacturer warranty is administered directly by Waterdrop and is subject to their terms and conditions. CrystalFlow Miami is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website and in quotes provided to customers include professional installation. There are no hidden fees. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
- Payment processing — All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- Payment timing — Full payment is required prior to the scheduled installation date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Price changes — Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a quote is provided and accepted, the quoted price will be honored for 30 days from the date of the quote.
- Taxes — Applicable Florida sales tax will be included in the total price as required by law.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Scheduling
Installations are scheduled through our booking system during our regular business hours: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We will confirm your installation date and provide a time window for the technician's arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before appointment — Full refund, no cancellation fee
- 24–48 hours before appointment — Full refund minus a $75 scheduling fee to cover technician coordination costs
- Less than 24 hours before appointment — Refund of the product cost only; the installation fee portion is non-refundable
- No-show or same-day cancellation — No refund will be issued. You may reschedule one time at no additional cost within 14 days.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your installation at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
CrystalFlow Miami Cancellation
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule an installation due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, technician illness, or supply delays. If we cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available date at no additional cost.
5. Installation Terms
Licensed Professionals
All installations are performed by licensed subcontractor plumbers who are insured and experienced in water filtration system installation. CrystalFlow Miami coordinates and oversees all installations to ensure quality standards are met.
Homeowner Responsibilities
By scheduling an installation, you represent and agree that:
- You are the property owner or have written authorization from the property owner to approve the installation
- You will provide clear access to the installation area (typically under the kitchen sink or the designated installation location)
- The installation area has adequate plumbing and electrical connections (if applicable for UV systems) as specified during the consultation
- You will be present or have an authorized adult (18+) present at the property during the installation
- You will disclose any known plumbing issues, water damage, or structural concerns that may affect the installation
Additional Work
If the installation technician identifies conditions that require additional work beyond the standard installation scope (such as plumbing repairs, non-standard connections, or code compliance upgrades), we will inform you of the additional costs before proceeding. No additional charges will be incurred without your prior approval.
Post-Installation
Upon completion, the technician will demonstrate system operation, explain basic maintenance procedures, and provide any applicable documentation. You will be asked to confirm satisfactory completion of the installation.
6. Service Area
CrystalFlow Miami provides installation services exclusively within the Greater Miami-Dade County, Florida area. We do not service locations outside of this area. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our service area, please contact us before placing an order.
Orders placed for addresses outside our service area will be refunded in full.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
- No consequential damages — CrystalFlow Miami LLC, its owners, employees, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our products or services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or loss of profits.
- Maximum liability — Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our products or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CrystalFlow Miami for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
- Product performance — While our products are NSF/ANSI certified and designed to reduce specified contaminants, we do not guarantee that treated water will meet every individual health or taste preference. Water filtration results may vary based on incoming water quality, usage patterns, and maintenance.
- Third-party actions — We are not liable for damages caused by third-party products, services, or actions beyond our control, including disruptions to municipal water supply or changes in source water quality.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Florida law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the CrystalFlow Miami website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of CrystalFlow Miami LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.
- The CrystalFlow Miami name, logo, and branding are proprietary to CrystalFlow Miami LLC.
- Waterdrop is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Product names and trademarks referenced on our site belong to their respective holders.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written permission from CrystalFlow Miami LLC.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website or services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact CrystalFlow Miami at info@crystalflowmiami.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any concerns within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the convenience of such forum.
Limitation Period
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or our services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
11. Modifications to Terms
CrystalFlow Miami reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.
12. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrystalFlow Miami regarding your use of our website and services.
- Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment — You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights granted under them without our prior written consent. CrystalFlow Miami may assign these Terms without restriction.
